1. Introduction

The CommonName Email Agent lets you send emails from Outlook 2000 using CN Keywords rather than lengthy and hard to remember email addresses. Send an email using a business name, or even your own personal name.

2. Installing Email Agent

The first step is to enable your email client with the CommonName Email Agent. To install the CommonName Agent, click here.

Once it is installed, launch Outlook, and open a new Email. Two new icon should have appeared:-

3. Sending an Email

Firstly, open a new Email and ensure that the two Email Agent icons appear (see 2. Installing Email agent).

Type the recipient's CN Keyword into the TO: field, write the rest of your Email as normal and click on the new Send Email icon.
