Close all Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer browser windows
Go to your start menu and select "Settings", "Control Panel"
Select "Add/Remove Programs"
Select CommonName from the list and hit the add/remove button
Follow the instructions and until you are asked to uninstall CommonName
Select "Yes" to uninstall, you will then be asked to reboot your computer
CommonName is now uninstalled!

You can hide or show the Toolbar by clicking on the "View" and selecting the "Toolbars" option on your browser's main menu. Click on "CommonName" to make the Toolbar display or disappear.

2.4 I've installed the CommonName Toolbar, but I can't find it. What happened?

If you do not see the CommonName Toolbar, click on the "View" and select "Toolbars" and then click on the "CommonName" option.

Please note that some earlier versions of IE 5.0 have a known problem with their support for toolbars. The CommonName Toolbar may be listed under the name 'Radio' (usually the second such listing). This may also keep the CommonName Toolbar from initially appearing when it is first installed. In which case, click on the "View" and select "Toolbars" and then click on the the second "radio" option.
